Welcome to the North Inner City New Communities Website. This website has been developed by An Garda Siochána D.M.R. North Central Division to support and compliment the work of the Dublin North Central Divisional Forum for Consultation with the New Communities. The Garda North Central Division covers the Store Street, Bridewell, Fitzgibbon Street and Mountjoy Garda Station areas. The Forum is a partnership between representatives of the new communities, An Garda Siochána and Dublin City Council.
The objective of the Forum is to facilitate people from our new communities living and working in the area to have channels of communication to express their views and to build relationships between the new communities, the Gardai and Dublin City Council.
An Garda Siochána in the Dublin North Central Division have developed a positive relationship with our new communities in the north inner city. You are encouraged to participate in our partnership by representing your community and helping An Garda Siochana and Dublin City Council provide a service that reflects your needs and priorities.Through our consultations we have opened channels of communication to allow people express their views and opinions so that everyone can contribute to creating a safe environment for all our communities.
